When contacting us, include your account email and, where relevant, the Stripe receipt, invoice, Checkout Session, transaction date, affected asset URL, or project identifier. Do not send passwords, API keys, full payment-card details, or sensitive media by ordinary email. Ask for a secure submission method where supporting material is sensitive.
We acknowledge complaints promptly and respond within the period required by applicable law. Consumers retain all non-waivable rights and may contact the competent consumer-protection or data-protection authority.
For copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or illegal-content notices, provide your identity and contact information, the exact URL or material, the right or legal rule involved, the requested action, and a good-faith explanation. We may request information reasonably needed to verify and resolve the notice and may notify the affected user where lawful.
