Cookie Policy
Effective and last updated: August 16, 2026
This Cookie Policy explains how Nova Creative, a Novastorm service operated by ULADZIMIR PRANEVICH, uses cookies, local storage, tags, and similar browser technologies. It supplements our Privacy Policy.
1. Your controls
Google Tag Manager and campaign analytics are off initially and are enabled automatically after 5 seconds on a visible page if no choice has been saved. Opening Cookie settings stops automatic activation for that page; rejecting analytics keeps it off. Microsoft Clarity starts automatically on our production landing and application with analytics cookies enabled for session continuity. A saved analytics rejection or an active browser privacy signal disables Clarity cookies; recordings may then be split between pages. The automatic activation is recorded separately from a manual acceptance. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from using the public website.
Use the Cookie settings button displayed on every page to review or change your choice. If you withdraw analytics consent after tags have loaded, the page reloads to stop them, we remove the first-touch attribution record we control, and we attempt to delete known first-party Google Analytics and Clarity cookies accessible to this site. Your new choice applies going forward and does not make earlier consented processing unlawful.
We treat an active Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track browser signal conservatively: analytics cookies and consent-dependent measurement remain off even if an older stored choice allowed it. If you later disable that signal, analytics stays off until you return to Cookie settings and enable it.
2. Technologies we use
| Category and technology | What it stores or does | Duration | When used |
|---|---|---|---|
Necessary: nova_cookie_consent_v1 in local storage | Policy version, analytics choice, decision time, expiry, and whether a browser privacy signal applied | Treated as expired after 180 days and removed on the next visit; replaced sooner when the policy version changes or you choose again | Always available because it records and respects your privacy choice |
Necessary: nova_creative_analytics_consent_v1 cookie | Shares your analytics choice between creative.novastorm.ai and app.creative.novastorm.ai | Up to 180 days, without extending the original choice expiry | When a choice is saved or restored on the production landing |
Microsoft Clarity project yip1eq48d3 | Automatic recordings with analytics cookies for session continuity; limited mode after rejection | Session continuity depends on consent and Clarity settings | Production only; analytics storage follows your choice and advertising storage remains denied |
Optional analytics: nova_marketing_first_touch_v1 in local storage | Random browser identifier, first-touch time, landing/message variant, and UTM campaign parameters present in the landing URL | Treated as expired after 90 days and replaced on the next consented visit; removed when you reject analytics | After manual or automatic activation |
Optional analytics: in-memory dataLayer | Page and CTA event names, event time, random event ID, landing/message variant, first-touch data, and campaign parameters | Current page session in browser memory | After manual or automatic activation |
Optional analytics: Google Tag Manager container GTM-52PTZKWX | Loads the analytics configuration and transmits ordinary request data such as IP address, user agent, referrer, URL, and event data to Google when configured tags run | Requests occur after consent; any Google Analytics identifiers such as _ga or _ga_* may last up to 2 years, subject to the deployed container and Google settings | After manual or automatic activation |
First-party acquisition: nova_acquisition_v1 local storage and _first / _last cookies | First and last campaign parameters, click IDs, timestamps, landing and referrer paths; shared between the landing and app and attached to a new account at registration | Up to 90 days in the browser; the registration record is stored with the account | Automatic unless analytics is rejected or GPC/DNT is active |
| Necessary application storage and session cookies | Authentication, security, UI preferences, temporary workspace state, and features you request in the Nova Creative application | Depends on the feature and is described in the Privacy Policy | When needed to provide the application or a requested feature |
Google Tag Manager is a tag loader. The exact analytics tags and identifiers it uses depend on the deployed container configuration. Our implementation sets advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization to denied and is not intended to run targeted-advertising tags. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
The landing may also send the same consented event payload to a configured Nova first-party measurement endpoint. If no endpoint is configured, no such request is made. We use that payload only for campaign and product analytics, not to make a solely automated decision about you.
3. Third-party features you request
Google sign-in, Stripe Checkout, the Stripe customer portal, AI providers, GPU providers, and external links can use their own cookies or similar technologies when you deliberately open or use those features. Those technologies are controlled under the relevant provider's notice and are not activated by accepting landing-page analytics alone.
Google may process consented analytics information in the United States or another country. International-transfer safeguards and their limits are described in section 7 of the Privacy Policy. Contact privacy@novastorm.ai for current information about a particular transfer mechanism.
4. Browser and device controls
You can also delete or block cookies and local storage in browser settings. Blocking necessary storage means we may be unable to remember your choice, so the consent prompt can appear again. Browser deletion does not erase information already sent with your consent; use the rights process in the Privacy Policy for that.
Choices are stored per browser profile and device. You may need to repeat them on another device, in another profile, or after clearing browser data.
5. Changes
We may update this Policy when technologies, providers, or legal requirements change. A material change to optional processing, or a new policy version, causes us to request a new choice where required.
